These provisions define the terms of use of the General Manager (GM) role on the T⚽L Football platform. It is a contract between the user and the site administration. The GM is responsible for managing a virtual football team, participating in tournaments, and coordinating Co-GMs and affiliated players.
To become a General Manager (GM), the user must meet the following conditions:
1. Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
2. Provide a valid official ID (identity card or passport) verified by an administrator.
3. Enter a valid email address and a secure password.
4. Provide your authentic PSN/GT/PC username, which may be verified via API.
5. Provide a PayPal email address for payments or withdrawals.
6. Pay a subscription fee of €49, which grants 100 tokens to participate in tournaments.
7. Read and accept these rules and the general terms of use.
The General Manager (GM) is the official representative of a team registered on the T⚽L Football platform. In this capacity, they carry out the following responsibilities:
1. Build and manage the team:
The GM is responsible for assembling their virtual team. They give it a name, a logo, and recruit players and possibly Co-GMs.
2. Appoint one or more Co-GMs:
The GM can invite up to 3 Co-GMs via unique invitation links generated from their dashboard. Co-GMs assist with team management but have no financial rights.
3. Manage tournament registrations:
The GM selects the tournaments their team participates in, using tokens available in their account.
4. Ensure team ethics:
The GM is responsible for the behavior of their Co-GMs and players during competitions. Any breach of rules (insults, cheating, unjustified quitting) may result in collective sanctions.
5. Monitor results and performance:
They can view their tournament stats (wins, draws, losses) for personal tracking or team motivation.
6. Share official updates:
The GM receives messages from the administration and must ensure that all information about tournaments, changes, or updates is communicated to their team.
7. Access the personal back office:
A secure dashboard is available to the GM to:
• View tokens,
• Track payments,
• Invite Co-GMs,
• See tournament participation,
• Edit account details.
8. Responsibility for fraud or abuse:
Any abuse of the platform, organized cheating, or account hijacking will result in immediate sanctions, including deletion of the GM account and loss of all remaining tokens, which will be redistributed in future tournaments.
1. Initial Subscription:
To register as a GM, a one-time subscription fee of €49 is required, payable via PayPal. This subscription grants 100 tokens.
2. Subscription Distribution:
The paid amount is distributed as follows:
• 50% (€24.50) is retained by the T⚽L Football platform for site management, hosting, and development.
• 50% (€24.50) goes directly into tournament rewards for participating GMs.
3. Use of Tokens:
Tokens are the internal currency used to:
• Register for a tournament (costs range from 5 to 50 tokens or more, depending on format and demand),
• Access certain team-specific services (coming soon).
4. Tournament Participation:
• A tournament begins once the minimum number of participants is reached (e.g., 16, 32, or 64 teams or more).
• Formats vary by tournament: groups, direct elimination, or mixed.
• The GM manually selects the tournaments their team wants to join.
5. Tournament Rewards:
Token winnings are redistributed at the end of each tournament:
• 🥇 1st place: 45% of the pot
• 🥈 2nd place: 25%
• 🥉 3rd place: 10%
• 🍫 4th place: 5%
• 🎯 10% to the tournament organizer
• 💰 5% to a prize pool for future tournaments.
6. Token Withdrawal:
The GM may request a withdrawal of their tokens if:
• They have accumulated at least 150 tokens,
• At least 100 tokens remain in their account after withdrawal,
• A valid PayPal address is saved in their profile. The conversion rate is €0.245 per token (i.e., €24.50 ÷ 100).
7. Special Rewards:
At launch or during special events, GMs may receive token bonuses or free entry to certain tournaments.
1. Definition and Role of the Co-GM:
The Co-Manager (Co-GM) assists the main GM with team management, tournament participation, and communication with players.
2. Number of Authorized Co-GMs:
Each team may have 1 to 3 Co-GMs, freely appointed by the GM from their dashboard.
3. Registration via Invitation Link:
• The GM generates a unique invitation link for each Co-GM.
• The Co-GM registers with a specific profile linked directly to the GM’s team.
4. Limited Access:
Compared to the GM, the Co-GM has limited access:
• They can view and register for tournaments, manage lineups, and check results,
• They cannot withdraw tokens or change administrative info.
5. Shared Responsibility:
• The Co-GM must follow all platform rules,
• They act in the name of the team and the main GM. Any major violation may affect the GM’s liability.
6. Revocation:
The GM may revoke a Co-GM's access at any time via their dashboard. This instantly removes their admin rights.
7. Mandatory Administrative Validation:
Before activation, the Co-GM must read and accept the specific Co-GM terms available during registration via the GM’s link.
1. Voluntary Participation:
GMs and their teams voluntarily participate in tournaments hosted on the T⚽L Football platform. Each entry implies acceptance of the specific tournament rules.
2. Tournament Formats:
• 16-team tournament: 4 groups of 4, then knockout stage.
• 32-team tournament: 8 groups of 4, then knockout stage.
• 64-team tournament: direct elimination to 16, then group and final phase the next day.
• 128-team tournament (over 2 days): same structure as above.
3. Registration Fees:
• Token costs are defined in advance for each tournament, usually between 5 and 50 tokens or more, depending on community demand.
• The amount is clearly displayed on the tournament info sheet.
5. Team Commitment:
Once registered, the team is committed. Any unjustified withdrawal may lead to penalties (see Article 8).
6. Organization and Results:
• Tournaments are managed by dedicated administrators.
• Official results are published in the GM dashboard.
• Results are final unless a clear error is verified by the administration.
7. Tokens and Prizes:
Token prizes are automatically credited to the GM’s dashboard at the end of each tournament.
1. Token Purchase:
• Tokens are purchased exclusively via a €49 PayPal subscription, granting the GM 100 T⚽L tokens.
2. Revenue Distribution:
• Of the €49, the T⚽L Football platform retains 50% (€24.50).
• The remaining 50% goes directly to tournament prize pools.
3. Use of Tokens:
• Tokens are used to register for tournaments depending on listed costs (5 to 50 tokens).
• Once spent, tokens are non-refundable.
4. Withdrawal Policy:
• A minimum of 150 tokens is required to request a withdrawal.
• Once this threshold is reached, the GM may request a transfer to their PayPal account.
• The rate is €0.245 per token (half the token purchase value).
5. Minimum Balance:
• After a withdrawal, at least 100 tokens must remain in the GM's account to maintain active status.
6. Required PayPal Address:
• A valid PayPal address must be entered in the GM profile and is verified before any transfer.
7. Fraudulent or Suspicious Withdrawals:
• Any fraud or rule-bending attempt may result in:
a) Temporary suspension (1 week), up to 3 warnings,
b) Account deletion.
1. Respect Among Participants:
All GMs, Co-GMs, and players are expected to behave respectfully on the platform and associated channels (Discord, PSN, Xbox Live, etc.).
2. No Cheating or Manipulation:
Any form of cheating, match-fixing, or system abuse is strictly forbidden. This includes:
• Fake teams,
• Multiple accounts,
• Collusion between GMs,
• Intentional result manipulation.
3. Possible Sanctions:
In case of rule violation or misconduct, the T⚽L Football administration may impose:
• Written warning (up to 3, then account deletion),
• Token deductions,
• Temporary tournament bans,
• Account suspension,
• Permanent ban with no refund.
4. Financial Fraud:
Any fraud related to withdrawals or tokens will be:
• Immediately reported,
• Followed by account suspension and investigation,
• Possibly escalated to relevant authorities.
5. Admin Rights:
The platform reserves the right to deny access or registration to anyone whose behavior is deemed harmful or against T⚽L Football's values.
6. Reporting System:
A reporting tool allows GMs to discreetly flag abuse. Each report is carefully reviewed.
1. T⚽L Football Branding and Identity:
The T⚽L Football name, logos, designs, interfaces, and all visual or textual contenu are the exclusive property of the platform. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
2. GM Use of the Brand:
GMs may use the T⚽L Football name to:
• Promote their team on social media,
• Invite Co-GMs via official links,
• Share tournament results,
• Mention their involvement in the T⚽L ecosystem. Any other (commercial or derivative) use requires prior written approval.
3. contenu Provided by GMs:
Team logos, custom names, images, and descriptions submitted during registration remain the property of their authors. However, by submitting them, the GM authorizes their use on the platform and in official communications (site, rankings, posters, etc.).

All contenu generated on the platform (stats, brackets, leaderboards, reports) is property of T⚽L Football and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Disputes:
If you notice any copyright or trademark infringement, please contact us. We are committed to acting quickly to protect rights holders.
1. Mandatory Reading:
All GMs must read and accept these terms before completing registration. A checkbox is required to confirm this.
2. Contractual Value:
These rules serve as a contract between the GM and the T⚽L Football administration. By validating them, the GM affirms their legal age and accepts full responsibility.
3. Amendments:
The rules may be updated by the T⚽L Football team to reflect platform changes or legal obligations. GMs will be notified by email and via dashboard. Continued use implies acceptance.
4. Breach of Rules:
Any violation may lead to sanctions ranging from a warning to a permanent ban.
5. Applicable Law:
This regulation is governed by French law. In case of dispute, mediation will be prioritized over legal action.
1. Termination Request:
A GM may request account termination at any time via the contact form or their dashboard. This will permanently disable access and team participation.
2. Token Balance and Conditions:
• No refund will be given for the subscription or purchased tokens.
• Tokens may only be withdrawn if the balance meets the 150-token rule.
• A minimum of 100 non-withdrawable tokens remains on the platform regardless of closure.
3. Administrative Closure:
In case of serious violations or fraud, the platform may unilaterally terminate an account without compensation.
