These Terms of Use define the rules for accessing, using and participating in the services provided by Tolfootball, including its online platform, official Discord server, associated tools and automated systems, especially TolBot.

Using Tolfootball implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms define the conditions of access and use of the Tolfootball platform, its associated services, official Discord server and automated tools.

Any user accessing the platform acknowledges having read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

Article 2 — Platform access

Access to certain Tolfootball features requires the prior creation of a user account.

Tolfootball makes reasonable efforts to keep its services available continuously. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical incidents.

The user acknowledges that access to services may be temporarily suspended without Tolfootball being held liable.

Article 3 — Account creation and management

When registering, the user agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

Each account is strictly personal. The user remains solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions performed through their account.

Identity theft, fraudulent account creation or abusive use of multiple accounts may lead to sanctions in accordance with these Terms and applicable rules.

The user agrees to notify Tolfootball as soon as possible in case of unauthorized use of their account.

Article 4 — User roles and statuses

Tolfootball distinguishes several roles used to organize the platform and competitions:

Article 5 — Discord and TolBot

Tolfootball has an official Discord server intended to facilitate communication between community members.

The platform also uses TolBot, an automated system allowing the management of certain information related to users, teams, roles, countries, competitions and notifications.

Linking a Tolfootball account with a Discord account is optional but strongly recommended in order to benefit fully from synchronization features.

The user agrees not to attempt to bypass, disrupt or misuse TolBot, the official Discord server or associated automated systems.

Any abusive use may result in sanctions, including suspension or permanent deletion of the user account.

Article 6 — Identity verification

To ensure platform security, fight fraud and protect its community, Tolfootball may ask certain users to complete an identity verification process.

This verification may apply in particular to team managers, organizers, administrators or any person participating in competitions involving rewards.

Information provided as part of this verification is processed in accordance with Tolfootball’s Privacy Policy.

Any attempt to falsify documents, impersonate another person or commit fraud may result in suspension or permanent deletion of the account concerned.

Article 7 — Tournaments and competitions

Tolfootball organizes competitions, championships and tournaments accessible according to the terms defined by the applicable rules.

Article 8 — Tolfootball tokens

Tolfootball uses an internal token system allowing access to certain features, services or competitions on the platform.

Tokens are an internal operating element of Tolfootball and cannot be considered electronic money or a financial product.

The conditions for using, transferring or allocating tokens are defined by the rules and systems in force on the platform.

Any fraud, attempted manipulation or abusive exploitation of the token system may result in sanctions.

Article 9 — Payments and purchases

Certain Tolfootball features may require the purchase of packs, services or options offered on the platform.

Payments are made through the payment methods offered at the time of the transaction.

The user agrees to provide accurate information during any payment operation.

Any attempted fraud, abusive chargeback, unjustified payment dispute or unauthorized use of a payment method may result in immediate suspension of the account concerned.

Article 10 — Referral program

Tolfootball may offer a referral program allowing certain users to receive benefits or rewards according to the terms defined by the platform.

The operation of the referral program may change at any time in order to preserve its balance and proper functioning.

Any attempt to commit fraud, create fake accounts or misuse the referral system may result in cancellation of benefits obtained and disciplinary sanctions.

Article 11 — Rewards and winnings

Certain competitions organized on Tolfootball may result in the allocation of rewards, tokens, benefits or winnings in accordance with the applicable rules.

The terms for awarding rewards are defined for each competition and may be modified before the start of the competition if necessary.

Tolfootball reserves the right to suspend, modify, correct or cancel any reward obtained as a result of fraud, cheating, technical error or non-compliance with the rules.

Decisions made by the administration as part of a reward verification or competition-related investigation are considered final.

Article 12 — Prohibited conduct

Article 13 — Sanctions

Sanctions may be applied without prior notice in case of serious behavior or threat to platform security.

Article 14 — Responsibility and service availability

Tolfootball uses all reasonable means to ensure the availability of its services.

However, the platform cannot guarantee permanent availability or the complete absence of technical errors.

Tolfootball cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use or temporary inability to use its services.

The user remains responsible for their equipment, Internet connection and protection of their login credentials.

Article 15 — Personal data and changes to the Terms

Personal data collected by Tolfootball is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

The user has the rights provided by applicable regulations regarding their personal data.

The most recent version of the Terms is the one published on the platform and becomes effective as soon as it is posted online.
